Federal Practice - Deloitte Consulting LLP
Deloitte Consulting's dynamic Federal Practice based in Washington D.C. and the surrounding Metropolitan area has opportunities for you to become part of their high-quality team that delivers innovative solutions to key Federal clients in financial management, business process improvement, strategy and operations, information systems development, package implementation, enterprise transformation, business process and applications outsourcing, and a full range of human capital advisory services.
Provides overall technical lead for Information Assurance team. Works with Senior System Engineers to ensure that Information Assurance (IA) capabilities will be integrated into the developed systems based on the principles of Defense in Depth. Including, but not limited to, requirement validation, architectural and design, and producing appropriate Milestone documentation.

Ten (10) years experience in Information Assurance/Information System Security Engineering
Five (5) years experience within the past ten (10) years with Defense in Depth principles and technology, including access/control, authorization, identification and authentication, public key infrastructure, network, and enterprise security architecture
Demonstrated experience with Federal, NSA, Intelligence Community (IC), and DoD Information Security regulations, publications, and policy
Demonstrated experience applying security risk assessment methodology to system development, including threat model development, vulnerability assessments, and resulting security risk analysis
Demonstrated experience with the NSA Certification and Accreditation Process (NISCAP)
