We are a well-known communication firm seeking both up-and-coming and experienced sales professional to join our business development team. We are looking in particular for polished, assertive, motivated, friendly, and driven self-starters who are comfortable on the phone and in a in-person sales environment. The Sales Representatives will generate appointments for our in-suite consultations and sessions through cold calls and in-person meetings, and overcome objections while interacting with current or prospective clients. We'll provide you with a great understanding of our services and you will present those services to perspective corporate clients and individual clients.

• Deliver compelling calls and meetings to introduce company capabilities and value propositions to new and existing corporate and individual clients.
• Connect prospective and current clients to scheduler (producing 12 clients minimum per week) and reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline.
• Identify new markets and partnership opportunities through direct prospecting and networking.
• Oversee aspects of the sales process, including development of opportunity-specific sales strategy and "quarterbacking" the entire sales process until the final close of the contract.
• Continually identify, build, and develop new client business in the corporate world or individual consumer market within a defined and protected territory.
• Provide the owner with updates on current and prospective book of business and the activities being generated to close work.
• Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards (i.e. call volume, appointments set, demos, and sales)
• Expand knowledge of basic sales principals (handling objections, closing techniques, etc.)
• Qualify prospects using active listening to determine a need for our products.
• Create product and brand awareness
• Attend requested meetings, training sessions and conference calls.

- Ability to develops relationships with perspective clients and/or channel partners. Sales Representative knock down the doors, overcome objections, work externally and internally to be sure their lead clients’ orders are filled.
- Candidate must be articulate, professional communication skills and superior interpersonal skills.
- Happy, highly-energetic, positive attitude, hard-working, dedicated individual, who is a self-starter with a high level of initiative and is money motivated.
- Competitive mindset with the ability to work in a team setting
- Reliable transportation.
- Aptitude for sensing and responding to a wide range of clients’ needs.
- Ability to listen carefully and actively and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Highly developed organizational skills,
- Candidates must be a professional at all times and have a distinguished demeanor.
- Candidates must be able to pass a drug test and a background check upon hire.
- Understand and demonstrate integrity, respect and the ability to develop positive relationships with management, clients and peers
- High School Diploma and outside sales or tele-sales experience preferred.
- Smartphone with unlimited text and minutes.
- Media savvy and computer skills.

15% Commission on all clients recruited.
This is a 1099 Position and is strictly Commission Based (we have an uncomplicated commission structure and upfront commission on clients recruited).
